It’s not about the art

it’s about what happens in the process

A BIT About US

Modern data tells a clear story. Purposeful creative practices can lower cortisol, improve mobility and memory, and light up the neural networks that power insight. This growing body of research, known as neuroarts or neuroaesthetics, shows how music, color, movement, and even thoughtful interior design measurably change the brain and body. The World Health Organization reviews confirm it. Deloitte and the World Economic Forum place creativity and critical thinking at the top of the future-skills list.

AiRESETS translates that science into experiences that anyone can use, from individuals seeking calm to enterprises pursuing innovation and employee wellbeing. Our guided sessions draw on proven techniques such as color-field meditation, kintsugi repair, music-driven sketching, and micro-writing bursts. The result is a repeatable way to reduce stress, spark new ideas, and strengthen teams in less time than it takes to scroll social media.

What We Offer

  • For individuals: quicker recovery from daily stress, better focus, and a tangible flow state you can reach repeatedly.

  • For organizations: lower burnout, higher creative output, and data you can show your leadership team.

We pair award-winning artistic guidance with straightforward metrics. Every workshop captures mood shift and creative-idea count so you see the impact as well as feel it. Our programs scale from lunch-break labs to full-day executive retreats, and we offer community give-back events that extend these benefits beyond the boardroom.

POV

sELFIES? sELF MOMENTS!

aRT?!

yES REALLY.

OUR POV

“Selfie moments are fun. SELF MOMENTS - the glimpses of awe that fuel our human existence - are oxygen for the soul.”

AiRESETS came from an “aha” moment when we realized that sharing the process by which we achieve those nearly mystical moments of insight could be more an impactful contribution than sharing the finished canvas. We are in a revolutionary iteration of the information age. We have more data available to us than ever before. The tools for “more” are there and growing exponentially daily. But how do we support our internal human tools?

We are an artist led organization and  we’ve experienced true flow - where purpose, innovation, and wonder converge. With the support of psychology experts on our advisory board - our mission is to make the benefits of art practices and flow  accessible every day, whether you’re a founder, a team of 5000, or an individual seeking balance.

We can help optimize workflows, but being part of the movement optimizing our humanity is our beacon. Our mission is to encourage creative art practices resets for personal, career and enterprise growth.

Today’s world runs on data, strategy, and technology. But high performance also needs internal fuel. Neuroscience and wellness research now confirm what artists have known for centuries: creative practices can lower cortisol, lift mood, and ignite innovative problem-solving networks in the brain.

We know nutrition, exercise, sleep, meditation and even light affect our body, mind, and overall wellness. Saunas! Ice baths! Art! Wait…art? Really? YES, really!

Ever feel a little flat after you just reached a major goal? It appears after achieving material success and purposeful achievements we quickly move on to the next shiny object. Experiencing flow firsthand and connecting to our innate creative genius in a meaningful way has long lasting effects and  can be life changing.

“Flow is a bit like intuition - we struggle to give it an exact definition but we know when we experience it.

Scientifically (and personally!) speaking, even during times of stress and overwhelm, a paint brush could foster calm, clarity, alignment, perspective, purpose, innovation, awe, wonder, and hope. PTSD, Parkinson’s and stress Cortisol studies, among others, have proven the benefits artistic modalities provide. We are offering a new pillar in the longevity and performance stack, right alongside sleep, nutrition, and breathwork.

Key business entities, from Deloitte to the World Economic Forum have flagged creativity as an essential skill for the future of the workforce and jobs. Lastly, we are grateful and indebted to all the researchers and scientists who opened doors to the data artists already intuitively knew every time we engaged in our art.
